• Travel preferences — trip interests (cruise, resort, honeymoon, etc.), desired destinations, approximate travel dates, and budget range when you complete the quote form.
• Message content — any free-text notes you include in your inquiry.

We also collect standard technical data automatically via our hosting provider (Vercel): IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is used only in aggregate for site performance and security purposes.

What we do NOT collect on this site: We do not ask for, store, or transmit sensitive identity documents — passport numbers, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, known-traveler numbers, or payment card details — through this public website. Those details, if ever required for actual bookings, are handled through secure, purpose-built booking systems subject to their own privacy frameworks.

• To respond to your inquiry — we use your contact details and travel preferences to prepare a personalized quote and follow up with you directly.
• Marketing communications — with your consent (by submitting a form or subscribing), we may send you travel inspiration, destination guides, and exclusive offers via email. You can opt out at any time (see Section 5).
• Interest tagging— we tag your email profile with the travel categories you express interest in (e.g., “cruises,” “honeymoon”) so that future communications are relevant to you.
• Site improvement — we analyze aggregate, anonymized traffic data to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the following trusted service providers, who are contractually required to handle it securely and only for the purposes we specify:

• Supabase — our database platform, which stores your form submissions securely in the cloud (US-based servers).
• Kit (ConvertKit) — our email marketing platform, which manages your email subscription and sends marketing communications on our behalf.
• Resend — our transactional email service, which delivers confirmation and notification emails triggered by your form submissions.
• Vercel — our web hosting provider, which processes web requests and may log technical metadata per its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our clients or business.

We retain your contact and preference data for as long as you remain an active subscriber or client. If you request deletion, we will remove your information from our active database within 30 days and instruct our service providers to do the same. Anonymized aggregate data (site analytics) is not subject to deletion requests.

• Unsubscribe from email — every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes you from future communications.
• Access your data — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing concierge@soluxedestinations.com.
• Correct or delete your data — if any information we hold is inaccurate or you want it removed, contact us at the address above and we will action your request within 30 days.

Texas residents (TDPSA): If you are a Texas resident, you have the right to know what personal data we process, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal data. We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud storage through our service providers. No system is perfectly secure; however, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
